Job Description
Based on the export plan to plan production and balance the appropriate amount of equipment.
Update daily production quantity, calculate safety inventory.
Calculate human resources, machinery and equipment for production maintenance and quality assurance
Calculate production efficiency of equipment and make Production Plan
Manage production quantity and inventory
Manage losstime, UPH, machine downtime
Statistics on defective goods rate and update daily production status.
Support in calculating plans when there are abnormal changes in the 4M (man, material, machine, method) from other departments.
