Job Description
Receive information, Problem solving
Problem solving
Follow, summarize and report about the index of production (Productivity / Overtime,...)
Update daily production result
Investigate data & show the problem / improve process
Manage UPH process, Operating ratio of MC
Control the CR activity of production
Co-operate with departments to investigate the cause and discuss to give up countermeasures
Promote improvement progress of related department
