Sumirubber Vietnam Co., Ltd., a member of Sumitomo Rubber Group with 100% Japanese investment, specializes in manufacturing precision rubber components for printers and office machines. Due to business needs, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

General Information

  • Working shifts: Day shift, Morning, Afternoon, Night

  • Position/Title: Worker

  • Education requirement: College/Intermediate level (Electrical major)

  • Experience requirement: At least 1 year

  • Age requirement: 21–40 years old

  • Gender requirement: Male

  • Number of vacancies: 1

Job Description

  • Repair, maintain, and service equipment and machinery.

  • Support equipment installation.

  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: 7,900,000 – 8,00,000 VND (depending on experience)

  • Attendance allowance: 300,000 VND/month

  • Transportation allowance: 374,000 – 450,000 VND/month

  • Meal allowance: 552,000 VND/month

  • Housing allowance: 200,000 VND/month

  • Seniority allowance: 60,000 – 200,000 VND/month

  • Pre-employment health check: 295,000 VND

  • Other allowances: Job-specific, performance-based, etc.

  • Overtime on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays paid according to current labor law.

  • Bonuses on major holidays and annual salary adjustment.

  • Annual health check-up.

  • 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays off per month.

  • Total annual days off: 98 days (excluding annual leave).

  • All employees are covered by social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with the law.

  • Work uniform provided before starting work.

  • Annual company activities: lucky draws, tree planting, trips, cultural events, etc.

  • All workshops are equipped with air-conditioning systems and kept clean.
