SUMIRUBBER VIETNAM CO., LTD., a member of the SUMITOMO Rubber Group (100% Japanese investment), specializes in manufacturing precision rubber components for printers and office equipment. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for highly qualified candidates for the following position:
General Information
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management and Product Development; extensive knowledge of the rubber industry.
Expertise: Deep understanding of domestic and international markets, particularly the rubber sector.
Vision: Strategic mindset with a focus on maximizing company profitability.
Language Skills: Japanese N1 or equivalent proficiency.

Job Description
Act as a specialist in Quality Control and Product Development.
Synthesize and analyze market trends to provide business forecasts.
Research and stay updated on the development, prospects, and potential challenges of the rubber industry both within Vietnam and globally.
Collect and analyze data; audit production capabilities, manufacturing processes, and evaluate supplier performance.
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
