Trade union meal 2026 - Sharing care and recharging energy for employees
In response to Workers’ Month 2026, Aug 17 the Company’s Trade Union organized the “Trade Union Meal 2026” program for all employees.
"Trade Union Meal 2026” a practical activity aimed at taking care of employees’ well-being and showing the care and attention of the Trade Union and the Company towards employees.
During regular working days, the mid-shift meal is a time for everyone to rest and recharge for the next part of the working day. With the Trade Union Meal 2026, this familiar meal was prepared in a more special way, with a more diverse menu, more dishes, and a fuller and more appealing meal than the usual daily meals.
The carefully prepared dishes not only provided a delicious meal but also showed the Company’s care for the health and well-being of employees. After hours of focused and dedicated work, enjoying a delicious and nutritious meal is also a way for each employee to feel the care and support from the Company and the Trade Union.
The cheerful atmosphere throughout the program created memorable moments for all employees. The smiles, conversations around the dining tables, and excitement while enjoying the dishes all contributed to making the Trade Union Meal a meaningful activity during this year’s Workers’ Month.
Through this program, the Company’s Trade Union hopes to continue providing practical, friendly activities that meet the needs of employees; while also spreading the spirit of “Employees are at the center”, contributing to building a positive working environment where every member feels cared for and valued.
