SRV Accompanies employees in Lang Son – Expanding job opportunities
With the aim of expanding job opportunities and strengthening connections with local talent, from Jul 29 to Jul 31, Sumirubber Vietnam (SRV) carried out a recruitment program in Lang Son, with the journey covering several areas across the province, including Dinh Lap, Van Quan, Dong Dang, and Bac Son.
Rather than limiting recruitment activities to a fixed location, SRV proactively traveled to different areas to bring recruitment information closer to local job seekers. The journey through these localities provided an opportunity for the Company to directly introduce its working environment, available positions, as well as policies and benefits for employees.
At each destination, the SRV recruitment team met with local job seekers, exchanged information, and answered their questions regarding job responsibilities, working conditions, income, benefits, and career development opportunities at the Company. Through these discussions, candidates gained more information to choose jobs that suit their expectations and career direction.
The journey from Dinh Lap – Van Quan – Dong Dang – Bac Son was not simply a recruitment trip, but also a journey to connect SRV with local employees. Each destination was an opportunity for the Company to listen, share, and seek suitable candidates who can join SRV on its future development journey.
