On June 6th, the corporation sent two IE training experts to SRV, and the training took place over two weeks. During this time, the company’s employees had the opportunity to learn a lot of valuable knowledge to apply in the production field.

IE (Industrial Engineering) training is a process that equips industrial engineers with the knowledge and skills needed to design, improve, and optimize production or service systems, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. The training courses typically include theoretical lessons on IE tools, analysis methods such as time study, motion analysis, and practical exercises for students to apply in their work.

During the training sessions, employees not only learned theoretical concepts but also participated in hands-on activities at the production site to better understand the material.

At the end of the course, the employees gave presentations about the knowledge they had gained.

After the presentation, we had a celebration along with a commemorative photo.
